Ernie Ross, author of Intangience: The Science of Human Connection (Forbes Books), brought his groundbreaking branding methodology to life in Trinidad in a hands-on workshop session with the team at Carib Brewery. However, to begin ideating in the intangible space, we took the team outside of the realm of work, and conducted a “Play”shop to prompt the group out of the functional space.
The 2-Day session, held in Trinidad & Tobago, brought together Carib’s executive sales and marketing team for an immersive exploration of the Intangience framework — a methodology built on the principle that the most powerful drivers of brand value are intangible: trust, perception, and emotional resonance.
Facilitated by Ernie & Lael-Anne Ross, the workshop challenged participants to examine the invisible forces behind Carib’s brand equity and identify new opportunities to leverage those intangible assets for deeper consumer connection and long-term growth. The teams engaged meaningfully with the content presented, offering unique concepts and approaches to the prompts given them; some even creating entire ad campaigns and new product identities.
The session marked a significant milestone in Intangience’s expansion across the Caribbean region, with Ross and his team continuing to engage executive communities and corporate partners in applying the methodology to real business challenges.
Intangience is available now on Amazon and through Forbes Books.
